The school is wholly foreign managed, governed by an Executive Board of Directors and run on a day to day basis by the Head of Primary.

BSN is sponsored by The British Schools Development Board (BSDB), a non-profit organisation that aims to promote quality British-style education world-wide. The school is also an associate member of The East Asian Association of British International Schools (EAABIS), and is registered with the Qualification and Curriculum Authority in the UK (ISN: 1880018).
